Have also had a significant career as CIO across GE Capital & Standard Chartered Bank.
Shankar Seetaraman
Chartered Accountant by Training, have over three decades of experience as a Practicing Chartered Accountant, Finance and Commercial in FMCG, Telecom and IT industry. Experienced in working with Sr. Mgt. and Board of Companies as a business leader, in governance and have been associated with / led M & A activities both on the buy and sell side.

We are startup with limited financial resources. How do we engage with you ?
We do not want any organization not be engage with us for lack of current cash flow constraints. We are will to look at compensation structure of consulting fees, advisory shares or mix of both depending on what may work best with the promoters of the company.
What is a typical contract period for Techstrat ?
We are open to work on various models including specific assignment, however our preferred model is long term partnership to ensure that organization realize the value for which they decided to partner with us.
